A celebration of curiosity and the outdoors, in Weston, Connecticut.

Tulips in spring. Syrup in winter. Honey when the bees behave.

You sold out the flower shack!

WE’RE HONESTLY SHOCKED (AND BEYOND GRATEFUL!)

If you’re looking for fresh blooms, you can catch us at Lachat Farm in Weston on Sunday, May 3rd from 11-3pm. We’ll be there, with tulips!

The flower shack opens daily at 8am during tulip season, while blooms last. Our season is short (about 3 weeks) and changes quickly. You can find us at the end of Richmond Hill Road in Weston. For the most up-to-date info on what’s available, please check our Instagram.

Black Shack is a family-run project by Meghan Byrnes-Borderan and Olivier Borderan, along with their two sons, Alistair (13) and Zylo (9). In 2021, they traded a tiny Upper East Side apartment for about 3 acres in the Weston woods. Their love of nature and their children’s curiosity drive everything they’re building in their backyard.
